In Mix, Reyes appears to that surrealist heterogeneous universe, where words defy the reality and objects silently cohabit. Thus, by means of a sort of formal puzzle where an expectant and threatening shovel coexists in an impossible infinity of tangles, Mix questions nature and how reality perceives itself. Reyes does not renounce the discarded materials used in his work. But rather allows his poetic drive free rein, making the thesis that art uses the models of reality his own, but without resembling reality*.
